Pros

They do try hard to pretend to care. Some individuals do actually care but they cant care more than they care for their own jobs. Strong organization within its sector Allegedly good benefits but I have found other companies to be better. In-depth onboarding scheme and continuing training Kind coworkers

Cons

30 billion dollar company with little to show for it. Constantly taking about "economic headwinds" and why they cannot pay you the market rate for your role. They pretend like offering a $1,500 scholarship for a couple of kids is some insane charity. Its not. Its 0.00005% of their claimed $30 billion. Its offensive. 401k match is vastly uncompetitive. Strong desire for RTO, many work hybrid despite no one else on their team even being in the same time zone. Constantly changing management/executives. With this, constantly changing initiatives. Meetings. SO MANY MEETINGS. Meetings about meetings. Meetings about feelings about meetings. No regard for timeliness in meetings either. They will easily run 15 minutes over with zero acknowledgment. Middle management. These people exist to squawk like seagulls at each other in other meetings. From a day-to-day basis, they do nothing else except sit in meetings and meetings about meetings. Many people have worked for this company for many years but have never worked in their profession at another company so they dont realize how bad it is.

Pros

Can’t think of one pro working at this job..

Cons

The cameras and constantly being monitored and the camera going off for no reason, you absolutely have no privacy . Don’t have important conversations in the company’s vehicle’s 👀 you never know who’s listening.
