The company provides a great working environment and does not discriminate against anyone. They also do birthday celebrations and appreciate their staff and make them feel like family. The manager does have high standards but they are reasonable and the expectations are very clear so if you take your job seriously you'll be fine.

Unprofessional and facetious upper management creates a hostile work environment. Extreme micromanagement leaves little room for professional growth ( We are watched on cameras by management on their phones while they are home). Management will be petty and create drama by airing people's personal business between associates. Very Very Harsh treatment of employees. No HR.
