I've met some very nice people part of the development team. Cake quiet often...

I have no clue where to start from... Let's start from the HR part... Don't expect anything salary wise. You won't get a good salary and no raise even if your work is valued by everyone. When someone if valued they make the bet that he'll stay anyway. Once this someone will quit (whoever it can be), they will play surprised at first then, sad to try to keep him and then trash talk him once he's gone. Management wise I saw some interesting things... You get hired for one thing, you end up working on something completely different. Cherry on the top, they expect you to be good on this completely different tasks from day 0 even if it's your first time working on that. Beside that, once your project manager will go on holidays the CEO will come and ask you to go on a different way than anything planned with your project manager before he goes on holidays. A huge blaming culture is going on, pushed by the CEO himself.

Good salary because they desperately need people

No any social activities or benefits besides a Christmas dinner. They hire people for one job then tell to do something else. Blaming culture cultivated by CEO. People afraid to say what they think because they punished for that. Management hardly listen to employees.
