Pros
I have been working in Fenero for just under 2 years and I can honestly say it is one of the best companies I have worked for . Management genuinely care about their staff and are very understanding to changes in personal circumstances . Work life balance is a top priority here. Staff and management have an excellent working relationship and there is always a great atmosphere in the office . There are regular social nights out , along with the annual family bbq and office treats such as massages, mindfulness sessions, and the kitchen is never without cake !! Coming into Fenero as a payroll trainee, the training I received was excellent. This along with the support and guidance I had from my colleagues made me quickly realize I had made the best choice coming to Fenero.
Cons
Some Fridays are extremely busy, however new systems are to be introduced soon which will help overcome this .
