Pros
The program offers hands-on experience in real world projects in deep learning and computer vision. Great opportunity to learn state of the art algorithms. But one needs to be proactive and work hard to fully utilize the opportunity.
Cons
It's not a con but it's how the program is built. It is not a classroom program where you are spoonfed information. In this program, fellows are supposed to find solutions to the challenges by themselves (in collaboration with others). So, one needs to work hard and be proactive in solving challenges. And that's how you learn.
