Pros
I worked at the company for just under two years and the decision to take a new role was not an easy one to make. The commute from my home was the ultimate decision to leave, if it was closer to me I probably would have stayed for a lot longer. This was my first position in HR and I could not of asked for anything better to begin my career. I learned so much from the my bosses and the team that I will take with me throughout my career. The HR team was helpful to more than just me but the whole company. Being in the HR team I did get to work with all departments and locations. Everyone I worked with was professional, nice, and helpful. It made it easy to continue to recruit new employees for a team that I truly believed in. It was nice to know that the president and the owner of the company cared about you and knew you on a first name basis. They would take the time to talk to you and really get to know you. The company did truly care about you and it showed. I am truly going to miss working with my team and the company as a whole. It was a great place to work & could not have asked for much more.
Cons
I really do not have any negatives to say about the company. Again, I left for a position closer to home as my commute was almost an hour each way. I had personal family reasons for that to be a much bigger impact on my life than it was when I started.
