Stifling environment with low morale, where I observed mistreatment by management. Don't be deceived by the pleasant facade—it's full of empty promises and subtle put-downs.

Some nice memebers of staff

Poor pay. expected to do 10+ hours of unpaid overtime per week. During COVID the partners decided that because there was a increase in people on sick leave the would cut paid sick days down to 5 a year. What a joke. of course there will be more people on sick days when there's a global pandemic, Would regularly have to work to 12pm to meet unrealistic deadlines. Told i would get pay rises which never came.
