      Pros

      they pay you too much (not many companies out there that pay someone to practically do nothing!!) And on top of that they have a defined Benefit plan - so this is why all the dumb people stay...

      Cons

      I never met so many dumb people before.. It's like working for the Government Could somewhat be a bit of a toxic env. HR process extremely SLOW. Culture is confusing.. what they preach is not what actually happens.

      Pros

      Lovely people, understood that family and well-being are important. Great benefits in place.

      Cons

      Went through some restructuring after covid and laid off some staff, BUT they did keep everyone on staff and payroll until March 2021 so no one was looking for work during the shutdown.
