Company Leadership is friendly and caring. Very Good benefits package. Hire very nice employees. Management stays in regular contact with employees working at client sites. Salaries are competitive. Corporate office staff very helpful and respond quickly to inquiries. Managers listen to concerns and strive to resolve issues. Concerns do not have to be communicated through supervisor - employees able to reach out to corporate management to request intervention or assistance if necessary. Employees are recognized and appreciated for good performance. Supervisors input is sought and respected.

Employees are satisfied and stay on jobs so not alot of turnaover or openings. Therefore not easy to obtain a transfer to another project if ready for a change. Thus for a lateral move or promotion may be necessary to resign and seek a job at another company.
