Pros
Provides an exceptional opportunity to share one's knowledge and experience with students. Great camaraderie among the staff and students.
Cons
An incredibly dysfunctional agency, rife with cronyism and bloated with incompetent managers and clueless leadership. Understaffing of the instructional staff has led to abominable morale in the ranks. Dead wood (useless cronies) in the top ranks bars most all promotional opportunities, further impacting morale.
