Pros

If you’re in one of the better offices you learn so much just as a receptionist you pick up on skills needed to move up and there’s plenty of growth opportunities

Cons

Some offices are mismanaged some offices are great. The lower level staff seems to care about the patient, “owners” seem to think they know more than employees, but never go to training. Have unrealistic expectations, and you end up doing more work than your job title

Pros

Small-sized Doc/PT office at both locations, 9-6 pm shift 4 days/weekly goes by quickly since there's always work to be done, working with great population of patients from all over MA/NE, doctors and Regional Case Managers easy to work with, ability for raise after first 3 months and 6 months of employment if exceeded performance and workload (start at $16/hourly). Encompasses a variety of office administrative, sales representative, and medical assistant duties into one role and will get great experience when combined.

Cons

no coverage for time-off needed for appts, inconsistency in clinician availability leading to poor patient care at both MA locations, no job security for 1st year of employment as upper management can and has shown to impulsively fire without reason or notice, no vacation time during 1st year of employment, no holiday pay, no lunch break coverage as only 1 person hired/role/location, resources to help educate Patients on Process of Services Covered is minimal and not always updated, so many employees end up working outside of their role and hours, to ensure patient comprehension, satisfaction, and loyalty in process that takes average of 2 years to fully real benefits of. Marketing and Management staff members no longer employed due to expanding company/Covid-19 downsizing, which negatively impacted team morale and cohesion for offices involved.

Other staff has been nice to work with.

Cons

Owner is unprofessional and doesn't know how to run a business. Cares about making money and not the overall care of her patients.
