Worst Place to work - Probationary Officer Federal Bank Employee Review

Federal Bank does not require employees anymore as it is clear from their actions. The awards they get of "great place to work" Are fake... Too much pressure for sales and they don't even have a separate department for sales... We have to handle daily operations (that too with shortage of staff) and along with that sell also... They are telling POs to go outside and roam in the market and threatening with bad transfers if we say no. Mental harassment is at all time high. If you love your mental peace, do not join Federal Bank.
