Pros
Small company so you're recognized and remembered quickly, that's as personal or personable as it gets though. HR and FSO are helpful in preparing you for your role. Front office comes with good real world experience.
Cons
Payroll personnel, not so helpful. You're not told until you're in the role that it will be a month before you're paid (plan ahead). Benefits are below average. Front office has abdicated any and all oversight and operational control of its people to the prime partner. No site leads at customer site, which leads to the prime and customer taking advantage.
