Pros
Benefits are great, you will learn to handle any situation without management support, and the customers are awesome if you are an engaging person. If you are self-motivated you can learn many valuable skills. Plenty of networking ability as most of your customers are people who are in big businesses. There are promotional opportunities
Cons
Demands are overwhelming and support from upper management is scarce. Center managers are just as overburdened as the hourly employees causing a rough situation for workers and customers alike. Promotions can be easy because of high turn over but you only find yourself in over your head and in a position to get fired.
