Pros
FedEx has really good benefits. There are plenty of opportunities to rise within the organization if you are willing to play their game and that usually means stepping on whomever is needed to get there.
Cons
- managers that don't know how to manage - try to threaten PT employees with firing if they don't stay overtime (this is not a part of the initial hiring agreement) - fire without cause - hostile work environment - active bullying by management and others on leadership - so many other smaller things that there is just not enough time to mention
