Great pay and benefits but that's about it.

Cons

Management is filled with yes men and people that were promoted out of their job so they wouldn't have to be fired. Company rules are never followed under the guise of "better business decisions" if the job didn't pay so well nobody would work here

- Insurance benefits are offered to part time employees - Pay is sufficient based on being part time - Management will send some communications regarding big picture matters - There is some leniency regarding calling out of work

Cons

- The requirement to maintain insurance is becoming more difficult - Employees are not paid the same rate simply based on tenor rather than qualifications - Management will rarely, if ever, address direct employee concerns - Leniency for calling out only seems to apply for certain employees - There is no standard of training or written expectations readily available once hired
