Pros
You get $11.50 an hour now, starting out, I've been there for 3 months and already making $12 hr. being a college student and working 4 hours a day is working out well for me and on days I don't have class I can usually always pick up shifts. They also give you the opportunities to move up in the company and they come very quickly.
Cons
It is a tough job. You really are working in the trenches here. Expect to need to be in decent shape. Although it can be difficult in the beginning, once you learn the job, it gets very easy. Usually older people and females get jobs more suited to their abilities, but men can also get easier jobs. You just have to be willing to work hard and keep coming back. I've seen 70 year old men do the job I did in the beginning, and you most certainly can do it.
