Pros
The company is doing very well and the pay and bonuses show it. As a Customer Technical Consultant you are left to plan your work day and training yourself. Usually, that is a good thing, but sometimes that can leave you feeling isolated and lacking support.
Cons
It can be difficult to know where you should focus your energy and what direction to take your technical skills when there is no direct oversight. The position seems to change goals annually and is moving to a more verbal consultative role than actual technical work, almost blending into sales.
