Poor Management in lack of communication. With employees that were injured or are on sick leave due to. The lack of mechanization. And the lack of common Sense knowledge. By the management and overworking the employees. Do not work for this company. They will stab you in your back in a moment. When you can't produce for them then do nothing for you. Unfortunately many injuries have occurred and illnesses have occurred at the facility in Twinsburg ohio. And the Senior Management ignores these problems. I've been trying to get a hold of HR for over a month. And HR is never return the phone call or done nothing.
