Pros
Health benefits, sick time, pto, met some very nice people, FedEx overall has a good reputation, this operating unit is very questionable
Cons
Pay plan is not good, Watch your commission checks,they make a lot of mistakes and don't pay you if they can get away with it. Say one thing and do another, fire a lot of people and write people up, big turnover rate,not ethical, mismanaged, most people don't last 2 years about half make it to the one year mark.
