Company pays well and the office is a relaxed environment.

Management is awful. They bleed money with bad spending habits, no plan, and a major lack of sell through. Decision making is built around persons interest, not profit or growth. Organization is top heavy with everyone being a manager or higher. It all boils over every one to two years with layoffs making numbers look good before board meetings.
