Pros
Recruiting process is straight forward and quick with not many rounds. The interviewers are provide a realistic view of the company and the reality within the company is not far off. The management team is solid with proven leaders. It's a start up and things move VERY fast. You are expected to be an owner and I love that.
Cons
It's a start up so coming from a "big" company, I struggled in the beginning. Be ready for the fast paced culture, changes, and not having the infrastructure you once had at a "big" company. The product is still fairly young and there are a slew of challenges that come along with a younger product. Execution is the name of the game. Strategy is important, but, in start up world, it's those that execute really well that succeed. For those that don't like a lot of execution related work, this place isn't for you. Even the execs still have to roll up their sleeves.
