      Pros

      Great teamwork, always possibility of finding new challenges. Culture encourages accountability and rewards innovation within reason. Supervisor always willing to allow more responsibility and acknowledge contribution to team effort.

      Cons

      Compensation a bit lower than would have liked/felt deserved. Reviews were pro-forma and not very helpful in building a career strategy
