Pay is extremely low. Benefits are practically nonexistent and extremely expensive. Management only cares about the bottom dollar. Management does not use employees to their full potential. Commission is so low it doesn't even cover taxes. Scheduling is horrendous, you can close on a Tuesday and open on Wednesday. Zero work life balance. Never given and evaluation or a raise. Customers are rude and impolite. Advancement depends upon who you know in management. Seniority means nothing.
