Very high turnover in the sales force. Majority resign on their own, average tenure seems to be under 1 year. National sales meeting during Fourth of July week. The sales manager does not return phone calls or emails from reps for days. Management is known to circumvent the rep to make a sale in a high profile account. There is no structured training or database of resources, you learn as you go, often by making mistakes. With an unavailable sales manager, the lack of support and information can make the job frustrating. No team sales calls to share information. Individual pipeline call with upper management on Monday evenings, you will be grilled. Sales quota is the same across all territories, but some territories have 50% more targets than others. Favorite reps are given bluebird accounts in open territories. You can make a ton of money in the right territory, but you won't want to stay anyway. Quality issues with equipment.
