      -Work from home -Good pay, raises -Good Culture -Room for advancement training -HEB perks -Paid leave -Paid sick days, they sometimes gift random self-care paid leave hours

      -Schedule can be late night, early morning, weekends -Have to do a "shift bid" twice a year to "win" the shift you want. Chosen by rankings based on performance.

      None whatsoever I’m not even joking. Oh sorry they will currently give you $20 for completing 80 deliveries which will probably account for 800 miles of driving

      Cons

      This platform is bad, if you’re not selective they will require you to shop for 50+ items then drive 11 plus miles for only $18. There is definitely a lot better platform and apps that pay better. Be careful only about 5-7% of the offers sent on favor platform are good which is why I have an acceptance rate of only 13%.
