Good opportunities for on site travel if you're in a good project. Good if you want to make career in automotive validation and QA.
Cons
Has less projects for autosar. Lack of stability in a project. Stagnation after a certain time. No new learning or career growth. Doesn't have much projects. No team bonding. Toxic environment. Can layoff without prior intimation. Hybrid working only on paper. Extremely disrespectful managers who make the employees working late night till 12AM/2AM
