Pros
Decent benefits. Vacation time is given. Overtime can almost always be found because you can go to other areas that need help. Paid holidays. Sundays are double time. Easy work. Supervisor usually make sure you are fully trained and knowledgeable.
Cons
The position deserves better pay. Some rules are senseless because they do not affect safety or quality of work. Management does not listen to suggestions that could really benefit the company and the workers.
