as faurecia have design centers, manufacturing plants, and PPV Plants(R &D) it will give wide exposure the candidate to build his carrier in any of above mentioned fields. Company provides very good training sessions. As faurecia is having its foot print in Europian countries, america, china and india and have customers like Mercedes, VW, Ford, PSA,RSA, BMW there is a huge chance to go for on-site and learn new things.
Cons
In india as faurecia works in only 2 city PUNE & CHENNAI candidate has to choose any of these cities to work. Compare to other companies the salary package is bit low.
