Pros

Flexible working hours, pay is decent and there are a lot of good people in the "trenches". There are some good structures in place that could be beneficial if they were used more positively.

Cons

Nepotism and favoritism is rampant. They like to talk about internal promotion and say they promote gender diversity, but they do not want to actually walk the walk. Nobody trusts the HR department, as they've proven they are only interested in serving upper management, not backing up the employees.

Horribly detached sr management Zero work life balance Unreasonable and often ridiculous overtime expectations.
