Pros
Good for freshers, good learning scope for initial 2-3 years. Good facilities. For experienced, if you are from automobile background or if you are exceptional at meshing you are going to like it. Better company for settling down for long time if you are OK with meshing task (or not worried about technical knowledge).
Cons
No scope for learning/(technical knowledge). Mostly work like a machine. No scope for utilising technical knowledge. Very bad for experienced people (6+years), mostly till specific, if you are good at Hypermesh and ready to spend all your work time in meshing you may be the better candidate. Definitely, not recommended for high spirited, rich work experience and good technical knowledge people. It's an OEM, but work wise it's worst than services company.
