Pros
I have been able to build my career by moving both laterally and vertically at Faurecia. I have worked for the company for more than 16 years, and have been afforded tremendous opportunity. Great people, significant growth and currently some of the best Presidents we have ever had.
Cons
Higher than wanted turnover in some sites. IT technology has been behind but is now a focus for improvement.
