      The company has an incredible amount of training options and advancement possibilities. Everyone is treated with respect. I also like the fact that my home and family concerns came first. I which I have started my career at Faurecia.

      I really can't think of any cons, except for the fact that I ended my career at Faurecia and didn't start it there.
