Flexible Schedule. Still utilizing pandemic work from home (only for non-manufacturing type positions). Bonuses. Best PTO package.
Cons
Medical Insurance. Changing of company production type. Due to ramp up of production, management is changing rapidly. Many new rules and standards are being implemented without experienced managers to help enforce. New standards are being implemented with bad directives.
