      Pros

      CEO and employees - CEO is passionate and driven as are most of his employees. They are a great bunch. Well known in the market

      Cons

      Managers - not leaders. KPI driven to the point where it comes counter productive. Internal database is a joke - like to say they don't micro manage but they do. Insanely high turn over. 1 person a month when I was there. Beware the share scheme and managers will take their share of juicy deals.

      Pros

      The Houston office has a great team that is knowledgable of the Maritime industry and is in tune in finding candidates and clients whats hot on the market. The atmosphere is truly a sales floor with senior recruiters that are always looking out to help and improve on weekly and monthly goals. If you are willing to give 100% and have the drive and desire to succeed in sales, this is the place to be. It is a hard working office with the ability to develop your own brand as a recruiter. Daily support from the South Hampton office is great.Compensation and benefits are good. Overall a great place to work.

      Cons

      I have nothing bad to say about the company. The were fully supportive in training me and helped me improve on my weaknesses in sales. The only reason I left was due to my desire to go back to seagoing job.
