Pros

Some nice perks, the job itself is pretty good

Cons

When going to interview, the little "HR Manager" is impressive and talks about your goals, employee plans etc, but he is outsourced (like a lot of the other staff) and everyone has very little contact with him. The Owner and marketing manager both are huge micro managers, with every single task. The manager is culturally not fit to manage anything yet alone a team (no team building or any form of encouragement or support), and the owner is a massive panic merchant, and he takes it out on the staff. The HR "manager" spends his time justifying the owner's actions instead of actually trying to improve culture. If you want to be micro-managed, feel cheated into thinking the business has plans for you, and join a "pizza party", Zoom meeting at 5pm on a Friday culture, Fastrack is your place!

Pros

They do decent work for clients

Cons

He would not pay for the work completed. Unethical person and should never be trusted as a person.

Pros

Good travel perks, work experience & team members with a lot of knowledge.

Cons

If you love: - Micromanagement (think random check ins at 4.50pm on a Friday, and having to track every single minute of a task) - Being called out for your mistakes in front of the rest of the team and clients - Changing co-workers 4 times a year due to the high staff turnover - Having to chase your entitled final pay after you finish working for them - Working with "team members" that are actually contractors and not there for most of the day, but the owner tells clients that they are part of the team and puts their profile in the website with "official" titles - Having a boss that pretends he knows everything but actually doesn't and changes his title based on what he thinks is the current trend - Work in a company that doesn't have a clear direction on where they're heading Then you'll fit in just fine. Interview process is easy and they will want you to join immediately since they are desperate for new employees. Don't forget to enjoy the pizza lunches every 2 months to boost employee morale!
