- Having to chase your entitled final pay after you finish working for them
- Working with "team members" that are actually contractors and not there for most of the day, but the owner tells clients that they are part of the team and puts their profile in the website with "official" titles
- Having a boss that pretends he knows everything but actually doesn't and changes his title based on what he thinks is the current trend
- Work in a company that doesn't have a clear direction on where they're heading
