      Great people; common goal; good benefits; great new products and alignment

      Cons

      Company was bloated in certain areas before the RIF which meant things took a while to get done - it feels like this has been fixed now.

      If you are fortunate enough to be hired under a strong, mature, professional, and caring manager, you can survive. A great boss can provide you with the necessary air cover and guidance through the quagmire that is the Fastly environment.
