      Nothing, Fastenal is the worse company I've ever worked for.

      Cons

      Way below average base salary, terrible commission structure, change pay structure about every 6 months to take more money away from you. "Pay" you to make sales but don't let you out of the store. Terrible products and service.

      - You are forced to learn how to drive a forklift - 40 hours no matter what for full time

      Cons

      - No commission as of Jan 2026 - Shareholders > Employees - Constantly lifting heavy items - No overtime at all - No vision insurance - 2 scheduled checks a month
