Pros
After years of being with the company, I can't think of any good qualities.
Cons
management above the GM is too busy worrying about the numbers and inner-company political B.S. to be useful. I spent years being ridden like Sea-biscuit because I didn't know that I could find a better job in our local area. I put in upwards of 60 hours a week and was never praised or recognized, just ridiculed.
