Decentralized work place. You can run your business how you want to. Pay is alright for a starter job. They do a good amount of training.
Cons
Decentralized work place. Your boss can run his business how he wants to and if you get a new boss who is incompetent there is nothing you can do. This is a 30/30/30 company. They higher people under 30, pay them less then 30, and they stay around for less then 30 months on average.
