      Challenges we faced is Credit Limits, As we have tons of Air movements everyday day, being a Credit Controller I was the one who was authorised to release the Awb stocks and I used to take a decisions likes win win situations

      Nothing to mention anything positive

      Cons

      Highly political and toxic work place. No growth. One has to please the Branch manager or Regional Manager by personal favours to sustain. They are very cunning. Always criticizing. No motivation.
