Business outlook
Pros
- Good portfolio builder with some fun brands - Team work environment where everyone throws down. You won't hear people say "that's not my job."
Cons
- Most of business seems to run like the 90's without solid financial leadership and infrastructure in place which can make it feel like a 20-year old start-up - Not a great spot for women. Senior leadership has a desire to fix this, but Fast Horse hasn't figured out how to retain top tier women/BIPOC talent.
