micro managing owners, constantly looking for ways to reduce having to pay out to employees. Dog Friendly office = can't get your work done due to dogs barking, urinating etc on the floor. Very passive aggressive workers who have been there a while and are very cliquish. The office itself is a converted warehouse, in summer it's incredibly hot - El Cajon, and winter it's freezing . Owners too cheap to run heat or ac. The Wine + Food Festival should be a fun event to work on but due to the reasons above it's not. Other events are losing money and attendees and owners can't accept that.
