Pros
The store manager district manager that I had were very caring. They would work with you if you had things happening in your personal life and non judgemental. The job itself was pretty straight forward. The tasks were easy once you learned them and the job is really what you make it.
Cons
The only part I personally didn't like were the collection calls. It's hard to ask people for money if you know they are struggling. However you tell them exactly what they are getting into before they sign anything.
