Pros
I love working here...my store manager is great. I have been with the company just shy of 6 months and was promoted. As far as I can tell the company is great about professional growth and development. The pay isn't bad but could be a bit higher especially as key holders, assistant store managers and managers(I make the same as my teenage does at Chipotle). I have little to no problems getting requested time off. At least as my store we don't work traditional holidays such as Thanksgiving day, Christmas day, etc..Corporate and upper management seems to listen to suggestions and I love the required seminars. I feel like everyday I learn something new. I hear that once you are a full-time key holder, ASM, or SM you get a benefit package.
Cons
It is retail, with that being said a work-life balance can be difficult. Most retail settings it is impossible to get a "set" schedule and certain times of the year you are not able to request off due to high volume holidays such as Christmas and Valentine's day.
