Farsight's building is located on top of hill so snow could be a problem (if you're a "flatlander")

No micro managing, self-driven employees are the expectation. The employees are all great and easy to get along with. It is a small company that is more close-knit than most. The location is unique.

The base pay is quite low and there isn't a lot of opportunity to grow.
