growing expanding company with a definitive plan for the future of the company. Many different agri industry related companies under one umbrella. Good selection of career paths to choose through the same company

Benefit program is just ok. Salaries are, in some cases, minimal for the amount of work expected. As with most privately held companies, the vision and the direction of the company is shaped by just several voices. In some cases, some of the divisions of the company would not survive without one or two key players.
