Pros
If you love to be micromanaged and have no autonomy this place is for you! If you like to check your payslip every pay day to make sure you got paid correctly then this is the place for you! If you tolerate bullying and know the employment relations act front to back to protect yourself then this place is for you! Ps MOST of my co-workers were awesome but the majority have left now.
Cons
This company fails to provide a safe/structured working environment where employees feel heard and seen. The tolerance for bullying stems all the way back up to the top (just take a look through all of these reviews... Sounds like it hasn't changed). Your concerns will be invalidated as soon as you voice yourself. I saw multiple collueges crying from stress & high workloads and from what I have heard, it is still the same. If you had a medical event at work - you're at fault because you worked too hard. The carelessness of management was plain sad and HR did nothing to help against known toxic staff members who have both customer complaints and personal grievances against them. If you call in sick management would call you at midday to make sure you were sick - god forbid that you are at home sleeping trying to get better to get back to the minimum wage role. Good people and managers leave because of inadequate training, support, pay and/or opportunities to grow. Management would make you feel less than for not making your departments target and when your department did make budget you got nothing! This place destroyed my mental health and confidence, since leaving I have regained myself enough to now write this so that others have a true scope of what they are signing up for.
