Pros
The pay seems to be higher than other insuance companies and they give you a decent amount of vacation and days off during the year. They compensate you with a company car and the option to work from home.
Cons
Insurance jobs are constantly changing. It is difficult to stay on top of your workload and take the various training courses. The workload is heavy and the customers always seem to be upset. This is a high stress job if you cannot disconnec at the end of your workday, then this job is not for you. There is rarely a chance to actually think in this job. You are basically a messnger and 90% of the time you are delivering bad news. With the way they want you to process these claims, when you deliver this bad news you are in someone's house. I have been kicked out of several residences because of this.
